Responsibilities

Translation & Interpretation

• Provide accurate translation of documents, emails, reports, contracts, and communication materials from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa.
• Perform real‑time interpretation (consecutive and/or simultaneous) during meetings, calls, training sessions, and site visits.
• Ensure all translated content is clear, culturally appropriate, and aligned with company standards.
• Review and proofread translated documents to maintain consistency and accuracy.

Communication Support

• Support interdepartmental coordination by conveying messages clearly and professionally.

Administrative & Documentation Support

• Prepare, organize, and maintain translated documents for internal records.
• Assist in preparing bilingual presentations, meeting notes, and reports.

Cultural & Business Interpretation

• Provide insights on cultural nuances to prevent miscommunication.
• Support management in bridging cultural differences between teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin Language, Linguistics, Communication, or related field.
• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) and Indonesian; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in translation/interpretation, preferably in a multinational or technical environment.
• Strong understanding of business and technical terminology (AI, IT, engineering, operations is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
