Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales management professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of sales management experience, be fluent in written and spoken English, and have conversational ability in Japanese.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be results-oriented, organizationally strong, and have excellent communication skills. They will be highly motivated, energetic, and approachable, with good teamwork and the ability to motivate all subordinates.

Key responsibilities will include negotiations and liaison with customers, reporting requests and issues from customers to senior management, and developing strategic plans and launch schedules for new projects and new model introductions.

The candidate will also have expertise in cost accounting and estimating, with the ability to propose improvements, and be proficient in word processing and spreadsheet skills (Word, Excel, etc.).
