Job description

This Management Trainee position is designed for high‑potential talents who aim to grow into future business leaders in Indonesia’s capital‑markets industry. You will work closely with senior executives, gain full exposure to the company’s brokerage and asset management ecosystem, and participate in key strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a solid understanding of Tuntun Sekuritas’ business model, value investing methodology, and management processes.
• Support the Business Team in research, data analysis, strategic planning, and execution of company initiatives.
• Work cross‑functionally with Product, Operations, Investment, Compliance, and Marketing to understand workflows and contribute process‑improvement ideas.
• Assist in preparing business plans, management reports, presentations, and strategic insights for senior leadership.
• Identify potential business opportunities, evaluate feasibility, and propose practical solutions that support company growth.
• Learn and monitor market regulations, industry dynamics, competitors, and investment trends within Indonesia and globally.
• Participate in day‑to‑day business operations and take ownership of special projects assigned by senior management.
