We are looking for a talented Management Risk Assistant Project Manager Who have strong risk management experiences on personal/consumer lending or credit card (Risk Scoring & Digital Lending) will support the delivery of Datapowers consulting project with bank, focused on risk scoring model development, fraud detection, and digital lending strategy optimization. The role bridges communication between Datapower's technical team and bank stakeholder, ensuring clarity, alignment, and smooth project execution.

1. Key Responsibilities
  • A. Project Coordination
    • Manage project schedules, milestones, action items, and deliverables.
    • Facilitate weekly meetings with bank’s risk, IT, and data teams.
    • Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up trackers.
    • Coordinate across internal modeling, analytics, and strategy teams.
  • B. Communication & Translation
    • Translate technical concepts into clear English and Bahasa Indonesia.
    • Provide real-time interpretation during discussions with bank.
    • Draft emails, documentation, and requirement clarifications.
    • Ensure consistent understanding across all stakeholders.
    • Assist in the design of credit and fraud decision strategies.
    • Help validate data requirements and model-to-strategy alignment.
    • Support the preparation of policy workflows, matrices, and diagrams.
  • D. Document & Quality Management
    • Review deliverables for clarity and completeness.
    • Ensure all documents meet consulting-quality standards.
    • Track version control and maintain structured documentation.
3. Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia IS A MUST
  • Experience in banking, fintech, credit risk, or digital lending.
  • Knowledge of loan products, fraud risk, and credit processes.

  • Understanding of credit scoring, fraud models, PD/FPD metrics.
  • Familiar with SLIK, Perfindo, device/app data signals.
  • Ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage.
  • Experience with digital banks or P2P lending platforms.
  • Ability to prepare professional consulting-style deliverables.
