An energy sector company in Kalimantan Timur seeks a Maintenance Engineer to ensure technical correctness in maintenance activities and compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include monitoring maintenance work, preparing reports, and implementing safety programs. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and experience in Heavy/Mobile maintenance strategies, demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsible for compliance to weekly and monthly planning, including scheduled work orders, relating to all maintenance tasks set out daily / to help achieve long term maintenance plans and high equipment availability. The long term maintenance plans and high equipment availability are successfully achieved.
Monitor and communicate all maintenance work instructions to direct subordinates, in a clear and defined manner. Maintenance work instructions are monitored and communicated in a clear and defined manner.
Prepare and submit relevant reporting tasks required in a timely manner, for examples: review and ensure correct details on work orders and regularly submit to planners for closing, ensure backlog parts are ordered. Relevant reporting tasks required are prepared and submitted in a timely manner.
Review and analyse Failures to plant by monitoring trends and report pending equipment failure for correct planning into backlog, advising immediately if equipment is unsafe to operate or high potential of major failure occurring. Failures are successfully corrected and prevented.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained
