Responsibilities

• Understand and have experience in managing the basic legal requirements of a business entity, as well as its permits.
• Able to prepare and review agreement documents and contracts in English.
• Assist in the company’s licensing processes (OSS, NIB, operational permits, and permit renewals).
• Coordinate with notaries, government institutions, and third parties.
• Ensure that all documents comply with applicable laws and the company’s internal policies.
