Job summary

Strong legal analytical skills and proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia are required.

Qualifications

The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for assisting clients, conducting research, drafting legal documents and providing legal support under senior lawyer supervision, conducting legal due diligence, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting commercial and corporate transactions.

Qualifications

• Admitted as a member of PERADI.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with a reputable law firm or in-house legal counsel.
• Have experience in corporate law, commercial transactions, and litigation.
• Excellent legal analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficient in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research databases.
