Job Description

  • Create competency improvement plan and creating Training Need Analysis based on competency gap.
  • Develop, deliver, evaluate training program based on Training Needs Analysis.
  • Create corporate annual calendar of event for training and create training proposal.
  • Carrying out all policies, instructions, tasks, and directions established by the leader in the future.

Requirement

  • Education : Bachelor's Degree in Education/Teaching/Training, Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Work Experience : 5 years of working experience in the same field is required for this position.
