Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, especially in handling staff at a Training Center.
• Able to work collaboratively.
• Familiar with multimedia content creation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis based on organizational and departmental requirements.
• Design training tools including curriculum, syllabus, and learning materials.
• Develop supporting materials such as instructional videos.
• Coordinate training schedules with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare budget proposals for trainee programs.
• Document training modules for future reference.
