Accountabilities

• Participate in end‑to‑end data migration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and SAP implementation strategies.
• Configure data migration tools including Syniti ADMM and BODS for ETL processes, ensuring accurate and efficient data migration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data mapping and migration requirements, scope, and timelines.
• Develop and implement data migration plans, including data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation processes.
• Conduct data profiling and analysis to assess data quality and identify issues prior to migration.
• Coordinate with technical teams to design and optimize data migration processes and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards throughout the migration process.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in SAP data migration roles for greenfield or brownfield projects.
• Proven experience with data migration tools including LTMC, DMC, BODS, Syniti tools.
• Experience with legacy SAP data tools like LSMW, MASS, etc.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and data structures (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on data quality and integrity.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
