KTV Store Manager
Job Description
- Operations Management
- Oversee all daily operations, on-site management, and supervision of the store;
- Develop and optimize operational processes and systems;
- Control store losses and ensure asset security.
- Team Building and Management
- Responsible for the recruitment, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and incentives of store staff;
- Build an efficient team, resolve employee conflicts, and create a positive work environment.
- Service and Customer Relations
- Establish service quality standards to ensure a high-quality and efficient service experience for customers;
- Handle major customer complaints, collect customer feedback, and continuously optimize services.
- Marketing and Market Promotion
- Develop and implement marketing plans and promotional activities for the store based on seasons and holidays;
- Analyze market trends and competitors to increase store awareness and customer traffic.
- Finance and Cost Control
- Responsible for preparing the store's financial budget and strictly controlling operating costs such as personnel, materials, and energy consumption;
- Analyze financial statements to ensure the store's profitability.
- Facilities and Safety Management
- Supervise the daily maintenance and upkeep of the store's hardware equipment (such as sound systems);
- Establish safety management systems and emergency plans to ensure fire safety, food safety, and personnel safety.
Job Requirements
- Indonesian national, gender not limited;
- At least 3 years of management experience in Karaoke TV (Show Time Family Karaoke, Rabbithole ktv, Manekineko, Glamz, Masterpiece, Inul vizta, de Spectra, and NAV);
- Proficient in the entire KTV operation process and familiar with the business processes of each department.
- Education: SMK or above.
