Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Executive who is energetic, communicative, and possesses a strong business development mindset to join our growing F&B company. This role will be instrumental in expanding product distribution through Modern Trade channels, creating impactful promotional events, and building strategic partnerships for our brands.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage product sales in Modern Trade channels, including listing processes, promotions, and buyer relationship management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, modern supermarkets, and key decision makers
  • Organize and execute promotions, booth activations, and brand campaigns in malls, events, and exhibitions
  • Create detailed reports on sales performance, promotional activities, and partnership progress on a regular basis
  • Provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations on sales & promotional strategies to achieve company targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for marketing materials, product displays, and campaign execution
  • Manage operational budgets for sales activities and promotional events
  • Monitor account and brand performances
  • Analyze current product trends and competitor products
Qualifications
  • Must have existing database and strong network with Modern Trade contacts (buyers, distributors, key accounts)
  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major (Marketing/Management/Business preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Retail industry with proven track record
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with ability to influence stakeholders
  • Energetic, proactive personality and willing to work mobile (frequent field visits, events, client meetings)
  • Highly target-oriented and experienced in working with aggressive sales goals and KPIs
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and market trends
  • Owns private vehicle (motorcycle/car) and valid driving license for mobility requirements
  • Willing to work flexible hours including weekends for events and promotional activities
