About the role

We are seeking a talented Junior Electronics Engineer to join our innovative team at PT Formulatrix Indonesia. As a Junior Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electronic components and systems that are integral to our cutting‑edge products. This is a full‑time role based in Semarang, Central Java, and offers excellent opportunities for growth and development within a dynamic and forward‑thinking organisation.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing, inspecting, testing, and updating electronic systems, components, equipment, and software.
• Performing electronics measurements including oscilloscopes and multimeters.
• Debugging and troubleshooting problems based on multiple hypotheses, and reaching logical conclusions based on test results.

What we’re looking for

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Electromechanical or equivalent with a heavy focus on electronics and embedded system design.
• At least one year of working experience in electronics engineering.
• Experience in embedded systems, electronics design and development is a plus.
• Knowledge of PCB layout and PCB design software, FPGA, VHDL/Verilog, DSP, C or C++.
• Highly motivated, strong team player, with good ability to multi‑task and re‑prioritize as necessary.
• Good communication in English, both oral and written.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Semarang or Salatiga.
