Job description

As an IT System Architecture Specialist at PT SICEPAT EKSPRES INDONESIA, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining the company's complex IT systems and infrastructure. In this full-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and scalability of the organisation's technology solutions to support its ambitious business growth plans.

What you'll be doing

• Design, administer, and manage SiCepat’s IT infrastructure architecture across cloud and non cloud environments, including AWS, GCP, Huawei Cloud, and Alibaba Cloud.
• Monitor end to end infrastructure performance using Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Jaeger Tracing, and other observability tools.
• Manage Kubernetes deployments using Spinnaker and Flux.
• Handle day to day requests related to deployments, configuration changes, fixes, and troubleshooting for running services.
• Manage deployments using Terraform with Terragrunt.
• Manage Git environments, including self managed GitLab. Analyse business requirements and define technical solutions to meet the organisation's needs.

What we're looking for

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, System Administrator, DevOps Engineer, or related technical roles.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, at least AWS or GCP.
• Experience managing Linux servers such as Ubuntu, CentOS, or Alpine.
• Knowledge of networking principles including VPC, subnetting, routing, security groups, and load balancers.
• Ability to work with Kubernetes for deployment, troubleshooting, manifests, Helm, and basic controllers.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Experience with Git, GitOps practices, or GitLab CI/CD environments.
• Understanding of monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki.
• Strong problem solving skills and familiarity with managing production environments.
