Job summary

A leading ICT solutions provider in Indonesia is seeking an IT Support professional to collect device data, and configure, maintain, repair, and install/update software and hardware components. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in IT Support, along with a diploma or degree in computer networks or related fields. The role requires willingness to shift and be placed in different project areas. This position is part-time preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduated from SMK/D3-S1 in computer network, information systems, or similar.
• 1 year of experience in IT Support.
• Willingness to shift and be placed in project areas.

Responsibilities

• Collect device data according to SOP.
• Configure, maintain, repair, and install/update software.
• Replace or install hardware components.
• Move devices within location as per scope of work.

Responsibilities

• Collect device data according to SOP
• Configure, maintain, repair, and install/update software
• Replace or install hardware components
• Move devices within location as per scope of work

Requirements

• SMK/D3-S1 graduate in computer network, information systems, or similar
• 1 year experience in IT Support (troubleshooting, configuration, and installation of laptop/Notebook and Printer)
• Basic knowledge of Network (LAN, WAN, VPN), DNS, TCP/IP, and Firewall Technologies
• Willing to shift and be placed in project area
• Not working full time (preferred)
