A leading food solutions company is seeking a professional to implement and control a service management system based on CMS. Responsibilities include analyzing incoming tickets, generating reports on manpower, and coordinating IT training sessions. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields, with at least 2 years of experience. Strong understanding of programming languages and excellent data analysis skills are required. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment in Jakarta Selatan.
Implementing and controlling a service management system based on Configuration Management System (CMS) that meets business service management standards. Analyzing every incoming ticket to create reports related to manpower, knowledge, and SLA. Coordinating with the IT SAS unit, conducting knowledge transfer, soft training, and discussions regarding IT issues. Designing and developing reporting requirements.
