Job summary

A leading retail company in Indonesia seeks a seasoned IT professional to oversee solution strategy and architecture across core business systems. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years in IT, with at least 3 years in retail solution architecture, overseeing project management and vendor relations. This role is focused on driving innovation, adopting new technologies, and mentoring IT staff, with a preference for candidates experienced in Kubernetes, ERP, POS, and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of IT experience, with a minimum of 3 years in retail solution architecture.
• Strong understanding of project management, cybersecurity, and data privacy standards.
• Hands-on experience with deploying and managing in-house applications on Kubernetes.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Define solution strategy & oversee architecture across core business systems.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Lead end-to-end project management: planning, budgeting, delivery.
• Manage vendors & ensure SLAs are met.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and maintain system documentation.
• Mentor IT staff and foster collaboration & continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Information Systems (Master’s/TOGAF, PMP, ITIL preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in retail solution architecture.
• Strong exposure to ERP, POS, CRM, and cloud technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with in-house apps on Kubernetes (deployments, services, ingress, Helm, secrets).
• Knowledge of cloud‑native design, scalability, fault tolerance & security best practices.
• Strong knowledge of project management, cybersecurity, and data privacy standards.

Willing to be placed in Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang.
