Responsibilities

• Keep track of a project’s progress throughout all phases and ensure its successful completion before the established deadline.
• Monitor expenditures and work strictly within budget constraints, providing detailed financial and progress reports for upper management.
• Implement changes to teams and internal processes as and when needed to improve efficiency and project outcomes.
• Compile and ensure the completeness of all project documentation, ensuring every step follows the established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Manage cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT project management, successfully delivering complex technical solutions.
• Deep understanding of various project methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM).
• Expert‑level skills in project management tools such as JIRA, Gantt Project, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong ability to analyze project data, monitor budgets, and create comprehensive reports for executive leadership.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and interpersonal skills to manage team dynamics and stakeholder expectations.
• A proactive approach to identifying risks and implementing effective changes to keep projects on track.
