Job description

Execute project planning, risk management, monitoring, supervision, and progress reporting.

Lead weekly and monthly meetings and present project updates to stakeholders.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project management plans.

Monitor project implementation to ensure alignment with scope, timeline, and quality standards.

Identify issues, determine solutions, and escape critical risks to minimize project impact.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.

4–6 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.

Strong leadership in managing cross-functional project teams, excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in analytical problem solving and knowledgeable in project management tools.

Consistent, detail-oriented, strong interpersonal and active listening skills.

Able to work under tight deadlines and high pressure.

Basic understanding of the IT industry.

Familiar with the Scrum Framework.

Preferred candidates:
