Responsibilities

• Identify and prepare patents for litigation, ensuring they are ready for legal proceedings.
• Conduct validity and essentiality analysis, and prosecute litigation assets in preparation for legal actions.
• Be responsible for handling infringement and validity‑related matters/proceedings in patent litigation activities on a global scale.
• Coordinate, guide, and review external work, ensuring alignment with company objectives and standards.

Education and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of professional hands‑on experience in the patent business, gained either at a law firm or in‑house, with a focus on patent litigation.
• An Engineering Degree in Telecommunications, Physics/Mathematics, or an equivalent field, combined with a Patent Attorney or Law qualification.
• A deep understanding of 3GPP technologies, essential for managing cellular Standard Essential Patents in litigation.
