Qualifications

• Capacity to produce detailed Bill of Quantities (BQ) is a must.

Responsibilities

• Create the Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for interior projects.
• Manage the construction project from start to end.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders.
• Keep within the timescale and budget of the project.
• Manage delays or problems encountered on site.
• Manage QA, QC, and HSE of work carried out.
