Job description
Integrated Facility Management (IFM) Space Planning Management
  1. Take charge of overall management for small‑scale leased office services, including space management and EHS management.
  2. Manage the property and decoration database, including CAD files, contract summaries, and utility records.
  3. Learn and understand regulations related to the job to ensure business compliance.
  4. Handle occupancy management and prepare monthly reports for management, including data processing and analysis to identify the need for office expansion or space reduction.
  5. Support improvement initiatives and space planning to enhance office comfort (including HVAC, environmental quality, etc.).
  6. Process office lease extensions or terminations by collecting all required documents and coordinating the approval process.
  7. Manage suppliers related to space, decoration, and engineering services.
  8. Develop plans and strategies for small or large decoration projects and collaborate with Asia Pacific Space & Decoration Management.
  9. Manage energy usage and support strategy planning for energy savings and efficiency.
  10. Handle cost management related to Real Estate and Space Management.
  11. Manage and maintain Office 6S implementation.
Qualifications
  1. Experience in managing small‑scale leased office services, including space management and EHS management.
  2. Minimum 3 years of industry experience in supplier management within space/real estate/renovation‑decoration, managing approximately 20K–30K sqm of property space.
  3. Strong understanding of Lease Property & Contract Management, Space Management, Project Management (large/small decoration, office relocation, space optimization), and Hard Services Engineering (HVAC, Civil, Electrical).
  4. Strong execution capability with the ability to solve complex problems and independently resolve technical issues encountered in the work.
  5. Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, management, and external parties (such as suppliers) to support problem‑solving.
  6. Ability to understand, assess, and influence effectively, contributing positively to business results.
  7. Strong reporting and presentation skills.
