Job summary

A leading insurance company in Indonesia is looking for an experienced professional to coordinate relationships with bank managers, prepare production reports, and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills, with a focus on customer service excellence. This position requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in the insurance industry and a diploma or bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain good relationships with bank managers for Bancassurance growth.
  • Prepare production reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Coordinate with Claims Team for claims settlements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform customer-centric service aligned with AXA's pillars.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and maintain good relationships with Branch Manager or Relation Manager of the banks allocated in order to support performance and Bancassurance growth.
  • Prepare production report in daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Coordinate with Claims Team for claims settlements.
  • Perform Customer Centricity by attentiveness, reliability and availability to customer, in line with current AXA pillar.
  • Perform compliance by ensure that regulatory requirements are meet policy and procedures
Qualifications

  • Excellence communication skills and group facilitation skills, and having ability to write and deliver training courses and material.
