Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Industrial Engineering driving Lean, cost down initiatives.
• Has knowledge & experience working in BackEnd Semiconductor manufacturing preferable.
• Certification in Lean and/or 6-sigma is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support site's overall productivity roadmap.
• Conduct data collection and analytics for improvement.
• Drive implementation of productivity measures.
• Conduct KPI monitoring & analytics.
• Support Operations on Close the Gap measures.
• Coach or mentor junior engineers.
