In this role, you will guide new customers through a successful and high-quality implementation journey, ensuring they adopt the platform effectively and achieve fast time-to-value. You will manage end-to-end onboarding projects, act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, and support customers through change management while tailoring solutions to their operational needs. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help shape best practices, refine internal processes, and champion a customer‑centric mindset throughout all stages of deployment. Accountabilities
- Manage and execute full implementation projects for both Mid‑Market and Enterprise customers, from scoping to delivery.
- Build strong customer relationships by proactively guiding stakeholders, aligning expectations, and ensuring transparent communication at each stage.
- Develop detailed implementation plans, coordinate milestones, and drive accountability across internal and external teams.
- Lead customers through change management, helping them adopt new workflows and processes smoothly.
- Apply your technical understanding of complex software solutions to configure setups, troubleshoot issues, and provide expert recommendations.
- Advise customers on best practices to maximize value and support long‑term success.
- Identify recurring patterns, propose improvements for customer onboarding, and collaborate cross‑functionally to enhance product and process efficiency.
- Represent the customer’s voice internally to ensure solutions remain aligned with their needs and desired outcomes.
Requirements
- Extensive experience managing end‑to‑end software implementations or onboarding projects for complex or configurable products.
- Strong project management capabilities, from defining workstreams to delivering on milestones in remote‑first environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and ask precise clarifying questions.
- Strong customer‑centric mindset, with the ability to build partnerships, maintain engagement, and serve as a trusted advisor.
- Demonstrated experience supporting change management and guiding customers through new systems and workflows.
- Solid technical curiosity and aptitude for understanding product intricacies and configuration logic.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities, using data and structured thinking to drive decisions.
- High attention to detail, strong documentation habits, and a process‑oriented approach.
- Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Success, Sales, and Operations.
- Adaptability, comfort with evolving environments, and enthusiasm for continuous improvement.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (<10%) for strategic engagements.
