You will manage end-to-end onboarding projects, act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, and support customers through change management while tailoring solutions to their operational needs. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help shape best practices, refine internal processes, and champion a customer‑centric mindset throughout all stages of deployment. This is a role for someone who thrives in a thoughtful, detail‑oriented, remote‑first environment and enjoys solving complex challenges with both technical insight and strong communication skills.

Accountabilities
  • Manage and execute full implementation projects for both Mid‑Market and Enterprise customers, from scoping to delivery.
  • Build strong customer relationships by proactively guiding stakeholders, aligning expectations, and ensuring transparent communication at each stage.
  • Develop detailed implementation plans, coordinate milestones, and drive accountability across internal and external teams.
  • Lead customers through change management, helping them adopt new workflows and processes smoothly.
  • Apply your technical understanding of complex software solutions to configure setups, troubleshoot issues, and provide expert recommendations.
  • Advise customers on best practices to maximize value and support long‑term success.
  • Identify recurring patterns, propose improvements for customer onboarding, and collaborate cross‑functionally to enhance product and process efficiency.
  • Represent the customer’s voice internally to ensure solutions remain aligned with their needs and desired outcomes.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience managing end‑to‑end software implementations or onboarding projects for complex or configurable products.
  • Strong project management capabilities, from defining workstreams to delivering on milestones in remote‑first environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and ask precise clarifying questions.
  • Strong customer‑centric mindset, with the ability to build partnerships, maintain engagement, and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting change management and guiding customers through new systems and workflows.
  • Solid technical curiosity and aptitude for understanding product intricacies and configuration logic.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities, using data and structured thinking to drive decisions.
  • High attention to detail, strong documentation habits, and a process‑oriented approach.
  • Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Success, Sales, and Operations.
  • Adaptability, comfort with evolving environments, and enthusiasm for continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (<10%) for strategic engagements.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation:
  • EMEA: €80,000–€100,000
  • UK: £70,000–£85,000
  • Equity opportunities included.
  • Unlimited PTO policy, with four weeks recommended annually.
  • Long 10‑year exercise window for stock options.
  • Fully remote work across Europe, the UK, and EMEA regions.
  • Generous equipment, software, and home‑office budget to support productivity and comfort.
  • Monthly education budget and additional coverage for conferences with approval.
  • High‑quality work environment that prioritizes thoughtful execution over shortcuts.
  • Collaborative, customer‑focused culture with direct access to leadership.
  • Opportunity to work with a respected, product‑led organization committed to excellence and strong engineering values.
  • Inclusive environment welcoming people from all backgrounds and identities.
