About the role

We are a manufacture company seeking a talented HRIS Senior Staff to join our dynamic team in West Cikarang West Java. This full‑time position is a crucial part of our Human Resources division, playing a key role in maintaining and enhancing our human resources information systems. (Project based 1 year)

What you'll be doing

• Manage and maintain the company's HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Develop and implement HRIS‑related processes and policies to streamline HR operations
• Provide training and support to end‑users on the effective utilisation of HRIS tools
• Analyse HRIS data to generate meaningful reports and insights to inform HR decision‑making
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement HRIS improvements
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest HRIS technologies and industry best practices
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS‑related issues
• Project based 1 year

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HRIS management, with a proven track record of success
