A prominent HR consultancy firm in Jakarta Pusat is seeking an experienced HR Officer to manage the recruitment cycle, handle employee data, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Law, at least 2 years in HR, and strong skills in administration and reporting. This role offers the chance to promote an engaging organizational culture and coordinate employee benefits and KPIs.
Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates from JobStreet, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Coordinate interview arrangements with relevant department leaders.
Prepare and administer employment contracts, onboarding documentation, probation, and / or training if needed.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate employee records, including attendance, leave balances, contract status, and performance documentation.
Track employment milestones such as probation evaluations, extension notices, and contract renewals.
Coordinate company-wide employee engagement activities (gatherings, birthday events, team-building programs).
Support the management team in designing KPIs relevant to HR department objectives, such as employee productivity, absenteeism rate, employee satisfaction level, and recruitment performance.
Collect required data to calculate KPIs, including attendance data, training and development data, performance data, and recruitment/selection data.
Serve as a neutral point of contact for employee grievances, inquiries, and workplace concerns.
Promote and uphold a supportive, collaborative, and values-driven organizational culture.
Work with leadership to embed company values into daily operations and behaviors.
Consolidate and verify attendance data as part of monthly payroll processing.
Liaise with the Finance department to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
Monitor and record employee leave, medical certificates, and overtime submissions.
Assist in enforcing HR policies, SOPs, KPIs and company regulations in accordance with Indonesian labor law.
Maintain and periodically update the company handbook to reflect the latest standards and requirements.
Manage day-to-day office operational requirements, including supplies, pantry inventory, facility cleanliness, and utility coordination.
Interface with building management or virtual office service providers on operational matters.
Arrange corporate travel logistics (transportation, accommodations, itineraries) for employees when required.
Design and execute monthly engagement initiatives such as team lunches, celebrations, and bonding events.
Conduct employee feedback surveys to assess morale and engagement levels.
Maintain clear and consistent internal communication to reinforce alignment and motivation across teams.
Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology or Law.
At least 2 years of work experience in the HR field is an advantage, especially in roles directly related to employee management.
Strong skills in HR administration, managing employee documents, preparing reports, and arranging schedules effectively.
Detail-oriented, thorough, and careful in managing employee data.
