About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time position based in Batam Kota, Riau Islands, Indonesia, will play a crucial role in driving the company's human resource strategies and initiatives.

What you'll be doing

Designing and implementing effective HR policies, processes, and systems to support the company's growth and objectives

Overseeing the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding

Cultivating a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with the company's values

Providing HR expertise and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters

Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations

Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives that support the overall business strategy

What we're looking for

At least 5 years of proven experience in a HR management role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector

Mandarin is prefered since parent company is from mainland China and this position needs to communicate with HQ

Thorough understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and regulations in Indonesia

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in data analysis and using HR information systems

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, able to muti-tasks

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
