Job description
Job Responsibilities
  • Execute human resources functions encompassing recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, employee records, training and development.
  • Handle payroll practices and legislation (Tax, BPJS, Jamsostek).
  • Manage and report PPH 21 & 26.
  • Liaise with relevant government departments on licenses and permits renewal.
  • Handle tasks relating to office administration and purchasing.
  • Manage employee general paperwork documents such as foreigner worker (Visa, Kitas, Passport, etc).
  • Manage work environment such as building utilities, company facilities, parking, stationery, and other GA tasks.
  • Coordinate and update documents relating to ISO 9001 QMS and ISO 45001 OHSMS for surveillance and recertification audits.
  • Monitor and update related reports for submission to management.
  • Execute any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as an HRGA professional.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Solid understanding of local labor laws and experience in liaising with relevant government agencies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Self‑disciplined, able to work under pressure, and capable of meeting tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Pleasant personality and able to communicate well across all levels of the organization.
  • Ready to join immediately.
