About the role

PT ECOPACK INDONESIA PACKAGING INDUSTRIES' is seeking a talented Sales & Marketting & Finance professional to join our dynamic team in Bogor Regency, West Java. This full-time position will play a key role in driving the company's financial performance and business growth.

What you'll be doing
  • Managing and maintaining accurate employee data and records, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Handling recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Administering employee contracts, attendance, leave, and payroll activities.
  • Facilitating employee training, development, and performance evaluations.
  • Resolving employee complaints, conflicts, and disciplinary matters.
  • Ensuring legal compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and social security.
  • Developing, implementing, and communicating internal HR policies and procedures.
  • Supporting workforce planning, employee retention, and succession management.
  • Organizing company events and maintaining HR information systems.
  • Promoting a positive, productive work culture and employee engagement.
Office Management
  • Overseeing cleanliness, maintenance, office supplies
  • Managing facility services (security, housekeeping, pantry, etc.)
  • Coordinating with vendors for office equipment, repairs
  • Keeping track of assets (laptops, furniture, phones, etc.)
Travel & Logistics
  • Booking travel, hotels, cabs for employees or visitors
  • Managing logistics for events, meetings, or conferences
Facility & Infrastructure Support
  • Managing office space, desk allocation, seating plans
  • Ensuring workplace safety and compliance
  • Handling company records, visitor logs, courier dispatches
  • Maintaining lease agreements, utility bills, etc.
Support for Events & Meetings
  • Setting up meeting rooms, arranging refreshments
  • Assisting in internal events or celebrations

Experience:

3–5 years in industrial B2B sales – especially in packaging, paper cores, BOPP film, or yarn/textile industries.

Preferred:

Fluency in English + local language (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia)
