Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic consolidation and alignment of product plans across teams, ensuring all initiatives are coherent with broader business objectives and technological advancements.
• Employ a variety of analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on product development progress to stakeholders at all levels.
• Champion the Agile methodology across multiple teams, emphasizing the design of the organization to scale effectively through Agile practices.
• Lead the organization\'s Agile practices, ensuring that Agile principles, methodologies, and tools are consistently and effectively applied across teams.
• Ensure that agility is not only implemented but also continuously improved upon, assessing and implementing best practices as necessary.
• Cultivate an innovative atmosphere that encourages the application of cutting-edge technology, creative solutions, teamwork, and continuous skill and knowledge enhancement.
• Spearhead reviews and retrospectives, instituting a culture of regular feedback and iterative development.

• Communicate transparently and effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment at every product phase.

• Ensure that all product development processes and governance adhere to regulatory requirements and ISO certifications, in close collaboration with the Legal and Compliance departments.
• Oversee software development practices to ensure they meet industry standards for quality, security, and performance.
• Facilitate the integration of CI/CD practices and DevOps methodologies to boost operational efficiency and security.
• Collaborate with finance and technology departments to manage resources, ensuring optimal allocation for product development.
• Govern continuous learning and professional growth through Learning Management Systems, communities of practice, and coding dojos.
• Align product planning with overall corporate strategies and objectives through regular interactions with Corporate Planning and the Board of Directors.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in product management, with leadership roles in agile methodologies and product governance.
• Extensive experience in leading agile transformation initiatives and developing large-scale agile organizations.
• Extensive experience in DevOps practices, along with foundation in digital product development and software engineering principles.
• Advanced proficiency with analytics tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, focused on operational excellence and quality assurance.
