About the role

Our company is a startup company focused on retail and distribution for beauty products. Currently we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and execution. This is a full‑time position based in Tangerang, Banten. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and loyalty for our company.

Responsibilities
  • Develop the annual marketing strategy aligned with company objectives across retail and distribution business units.
  • Lead brand positioning, brand storytelling, and product marketing strategies for all beauty & skincare brands under management.
  • Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and consumer insights to guide product and campaign decisions.
  • Oversee performance marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok) to drive traffic and conversion for retail and e‑commerce.
  • Lead content strategy across social platforms, ensuring relevant, high‑quality, and trend‑driven creatives.
  • Plan trade marketing programs such as reseller promotions, events, and incentive programs.
  • Strengthen brand presence at partner counters, exhibitions, and retail chains.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget across digital, retail, influencer, and trade marketing channels.
  • Track ROI and provide monthly performance reports to management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate cross‑functionally.
