Responsibilities

• Align IT strategy with business objectives, identify value propositions, and support annual IT budgeting.
• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and development to ensure efficiency, resiliency, and minimal disruption to business services.
• Manage IT audit, compliance, and governance activities, ensuring regulatory requirements are met and audit issues are addressed.
• Plan, evaluate, and deliver IT projects on time and in scope, providing recommendations and justification to business stakeholders.
• Ensure IT security by supporting operations, enforcing security controls, and collaborating with regional IT security teams.
• Lead internal system and software development initiatives, reducing vendor dependency and guiding the full software development lifecycle.
• Manage information and data governance, including report generation, access controls, voice recording compliance, and prevention of data leaks.
• Ensure proper management of voice recording systems for trading transactions in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Build IT team capability through guidance, knowledge sharing, and adoption of new technologies to support organizational growth.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Information Technology or relevant field.
• Proven experience in a management position for at least 7 years, with demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
• Strong knowledge in network and IT infrastructure, including system operations and architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of information security, IT auditing, and IT risk compliance frameworks.
• Solid knowledge and practical experience in project management, from planning to execution and delivery.
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements on IT and ability to ensure full compliance with industry standards and regulators.
