Qualifications:

Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Head, Sous Chef or similar leadership role in F&B Retail

Strong knowledge of food cost control, inventory, and production planning

Proven leadership and kitchen management skills

Creative in menu development and hands‑on in the kitchen

Able to work under pressure and in shift systems
