Job summary

A leading education provider in Jakarta is looking for a Temporary Primary Music Teacher to develop and implement engaging guitar lesson plans for children aged 4–15. The role requires at least 5 years of teaching experience in a music school or private setting, with strong communication and adaptability skills. The teacher will also train other educators and collaborate closely with the curriculum team. Rockschool certification is preferred, and ongoing curriculum improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience teaching guitar in a music school or private setting.
• Experience teaching children aged 4–15 is highly preferred.
• Familiar with new educational trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging, age-appropriate guitar lesson plans for children.
• Align curriculum with learning goals and developmental milestones.
• Train teachers to deliver the curriculum effectively.
• Collect feedback from parents to evaluate curriculum performance.
• Continuously improve the curriculum based on data.
• Collaborate with the curriculum manager and team.
