Our client operates in the ICT and integrated security systems industry, focusing on system integration and technology solutions. Currently looking for a General Sales Manager with details below.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales revenue targets for security products, display solutions, payment distribution solutions, and various technology products (hardware & software), including fingerprint systems, CCTV, gate barriers, X‑ray systems, access control, parking systems, UVS, paperless solutions, videotrons, TV walls, digital signage, interactive whiteboards (IWB), kiosks, POS machines, and related products.

Drive business growth in the mid‑to‑upper market segments through effective and measurable sales strategies.

Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, resellers, and business partners.

Develop and implement plans to increase market share and product profitability through value‑driven solution concepts.

Lead strategic planning for product expansion, brand development, and market growth.

Take full responsibility for sales Profit & Loss (P&L) management.

Conduct market mapping, analyze industry needs, and identify high‑priority market segments to increase penetration of distributed products.

Ensure effective coordination and collaboration with all internal departments to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, both internally and externally.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any discipline.

At least 5 years of experience as a Sales & Distribution Manager in the IT/technology industry or in a similar role.

Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of driving teams to achieve ambitious targets.

Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Extensive business network with the ability to build strategic partnerships.

Experienced in managing offline sales channels (retail, distributors, resellers).

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and target‑driven environment.

Proficient in MS Office and familiar with tools that support sales activities.

Possesses a personal vehicle.
