Monroe Consulting Group is currently assisting a leading local hospital group in Indonesia. They are seeking a General Manager Operations for their new hospital unit located in Jakarta. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all hospital operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage, ensuring efficiency and service excellence.
  • Manage financial performance through budgeting, revenue forecasting, and expense control.
  • Drive guest (patient & visitor) satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and promptly resolving issues.
  • Lead and develop staff through recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Set strategic goals and implement growth initiatives while monitoring market trends.
  • Lead sales and marketing efforts to increase occupancy and revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the hospital to the public and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 8-10 years of progressive management experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong operational expertise across multiple service departments.
  • Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L, and revenue management.
