Dream Padel adalah pusat olahraga padel modern di Bogor yang menghadirkan pengalaman olahraga, komunitas, dan gaya hidup aktif dalam satu tempat. Kami mencari sosok General Manager yang visioner, energik, dan berorientasi hasil untuk memimpin tim serta mengembangkan bisnis Dream Padel ke level berikutnya.

Responsibilities

• Memimpin seluruh aktivitas operasional harian Dream Padel (operasi, keuangan, marketing, sport).
• Menyusun dan menjalankan strategi bisnis untuk mencapai target revenue dan profit.
• Mengelola dan membina tim lintas departemen.
• Menjalin kemitraan strategis dengan sponsor, komunitas, dan event organizer.

Qualifications

• Minimal S1 semua jurusan, diutamakan Manajemen, Bisnis, atau Hospitality.
• Pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun di posisi manajerial (lebih disukai di bidang olahraga, gym, hospitality, atau F&B).
• Memiliki kemampuan leadership yang kuat dan mampu mengelola tim lintas fungsi.
• Paham tentang operasional venue olahraga dan service excellence.
• Mampu berpikir strategis dan analitis (target, budget, efisiensi operasional).
• Komunikatif, punya networking luas, dan nyaman berhubungan dengan komunitas olahraga.
• Fasih menggunakan tools digital dasar (Google Sheets, POS, platform booking, dan media sosial).
