A Guest Service Assistant, also known as a Front Office , plays a vital role in creating a positive and memorable experience for guests in the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Guest Check-In and Check-Out:
    • Greet guests upon arrival, assist with the check-in process, and provide necessary information about the hotel amenities and services.
    • Process guest check-outs efficiently, handle billing, and ensure accurate settlement of accounts.
  2. Customer Service and Communication:
    • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns, both in person and over the phone, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Provide accurate information about local attractions, dining options, and transportation services.
  3. Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain accurate guest records, including contact information and special requests.
    • Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports for management.

    • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
    • Work collaboratively with team members to uphold high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
