About the role

We are seeking a talented Front-end O&M Engineer to join our team at PT. RJGF International Indonesia. As a Front-end O&M Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and operations of our cutting‑edge engineering solutions. Based in our dynamic Jakarta office, this full‑time position offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of the industry and contribute to the ongoing success of our company.

What you'll be doing

• On-site rapid response and handling, fault diagnostic and support
• Preventative maintenance and inspection, safety, tools and asset management
• Conducting regular inspections, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of our front‑end equipment
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve any operational issues in a timely manner
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all maintenance activities and system performance
• Providing technical support and guidance to our operations staff to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our front‑end systems
• Continuously exploring opportunities for process improvements and optimizing the reliability and efficiency of our front‑end engineering solutions

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in local technical support, equipment debugging, data center construction or communication engineering implementation and familiar with on‑site operation procedures
• Have Electrician and/or WAH certificate
• Proficiency in using relevant tools and software for system monitoring, data analysis, and reporting
• Excellent problem‑solving, critical thinking, and decision‑making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
