A leading company in aquaculture diagnostics is looking for a Food Safety Sales Specialist to drive sales and client management within the diagnostics sector. You will independently manage the sales pipeline, engage with key accounts, and leverage your industry connections to secure market share. A minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in the Aquaculture, Animal Health, or Diagnostics industries is essential. The role requires a strong understanding of diagnostic products and a willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Sales & Client Acquisition

Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed ambitious monthly and annual sales targets for diagnostic products.

Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Independently manage the entire commercial pipeline, from initial lead generation and prospecting high‑value clients to final contract negotiation and deal closure.

Client Management: Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring continued high‑volume business and client satisfaction.

Strategic Network Leverage: Actively utilize a deep, established personal network to initiate and influence high‑level commercial decisions within the sector.

Value Chain Mastery: Establish and cultivate high‑impact commercial partnerships with key players across the entire vertical (hatchery, farm, and processor/factory) in shrimp, crab, or fish.

Regional Dominance: Drive targeted business development activities to secure market share in critical regions, such as Jawa Timur and Lampung.

Demand Discovery: Proactively identify and map current, unmet, and newly uprising market demands for diagnostic solutions, converting these insights into immediate sales opportunities.

Strategic Input: Serve as a critical field resource, translating market intelligence into actionable recommendations that directly shape the national sales strategy.

Product Advocacy: Confidently present the commercial and economic benefits of our diagnostic solutions (ELISA, PCR, Rapid Tests) to technical and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Experience & Network: Minimum 5+ years of successful relationship‑driven B2B sales experience, with a verifiable track record in generating sales through a strong personal network in the Aquaculture, Animal Health, or Diagnostics industries.

Market Knowledge (MANDATORY): Proven familiarity with the key aquaculture areas of Jawa Timur and Lampung.

Value Chain Depth (MANDATORY): Deep relationship and working familiarity with the entire aquaculture value chain (farm, factory, end customer) in shrimp, crab, or fish.

Drive: Highly motivated, self‑starter who works independently to deliver results.

Technical Aptitude: Must understand diagnostics (ELISA, PCR, Rapid Tests) well enough to discuss commercial applications.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
