Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role located at Swiss-Belhotel Silae Palu in Palu. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising staff, organizing and implementing training programs, managing budgets and costs, maintaining quality control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role requires collaboration with other departments to coordinate events and enhance the overall guest experience.
