Qualifications

  • Proven experience in management accounting and investment reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, visualization).
  • Strong understanding of Cash Flow, P&L, and investment analysis.
  • High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and analytical mindset.
  • Experience in real estate development or construction is a plus.

  • Prepare consolidated financial reports for all company projects (P&L, Cash Flow, budget vs. actual).
  • Develop reports and presentations for investors (monthly and quarterly).
  • Create and maintain financial dashboards in Google Sheets or Power BI.
  • Analyze key financial indicators, identifying deviations, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collect and verify data from departments and projects to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Build financial models to evaluate project profitability and return on investment (ROI).
