Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and short- to long-term forecasting for the Solar Panel business unit.
• Build and refine financial projection models incorporating market energy trends, demand outlook, CAPEX requirements, and OPEX structures.
• Conduct investment feasibility studies for solar panel projects, including IRR, NPV, Payback Period, and sensitivity analyses.
• Assess financial and operational risks across renewable energy projects and provide data-driven mitigation insights.
• Provide strategic insights on pricing strategies, cash flow optimization, revenue stream performance, and project cost efficiency.
• Provide data-backed recommendations to support strategic decision‑making across the business and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Professional experience in Financial Planning, Financial Analysis, Project Finance, or Business Analysis.
• Strong capability in analyzing and interpreting financial data comprehensively.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; expertise in financial modeling is a significant advantage.
• Prior experience in the Renewable Energy, Solar Panel, Power Plant, or EPC industry is highly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or Financial Modeling credentials are considered a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver insights clearly, logically, and persuasively to stakeholders at various levels.
