SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES
Knowledge
- Strong understanding of IFRS and local GAAP applicable in Indonesia and Sri Lanka.
- Knowledge of capital structuring, banking instruments (e.g., SBLCs, guarantees), and treasury operations.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, scenario planning, and variance analysis.
- Expertise in managing receivables, payables, inventory, and cash flow optimization.
- Familiarity with local tax laws, cross‑border taxation, and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platforms.
- Knowledge of audit processes, risk management frameworks, and internal control systems.
- Understanding of group‑level financial governance, reporting structures, and consolidation practices.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory) - In Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional Qualifications in Finance is Preferred/Highly Advantageous.
- MBA or Masters in Finance or Accounting, especially with a focus on strategic financial management or international finance. (Preferred/Highly Advantageous)
- Additional Certifications (Desirable) - Certifications in financial modeling, IFRS, treasury management, or internal controls.
- Min 7 years of relevant post qualifying experience with at least 2‑3 years as Manager capacity in a similar size manufacturing organization.
