Job summary

A global digital infrastructure provider is seeking a Finance Manager in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will manage financial processes, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead a small team. With over 5 years of experience in finance management and a strong grounding in IFRS and PSAK, you will play a crucial role in a fast-growing organization focusing on critical digital infrastructure projects. Your proficiency in Oracle Fusion ERP and strong analytical skills will be essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Proven technical expertise and confidence to partner with stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborative, commercially aware, and able to balance detail with big-picture thinking.

Responsibilities

• Manage balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated.
• Oversee intercompany recharge invoicing and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, PSAK, and local regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Accounts Payable to ensure supplier invoices are settled in line with agreed terms.
• Lead on fixed asset and lease accounting (IAS 16, IFRS 16).
• Own VAT and WHT returns and ensure timely sign-off and release.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen governance and enhance reporting quality.
• Act as a champion for integrity and commercial discipline across the business.

Skills

Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)

5+ years’ experience in a finance management role within a complex, international business

Strong grounding in IFRS, PSAK, and statutory reporting

Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP + EPM

Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills

Strong Excel and Microsoft Office capability

Ability to lead by example, mentor and develop others
