  • Lead the development and execution of financial strategies, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, aligned with long-term goals.
  • Implement initiatives to optimize financial performance, focusing on revenue growth, cost management, and capital allocation.
  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, tax, audit, and treasury, ensuring robust internal controls and transparency.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and manage financial risks through effective mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CFO in the banking sector or a large financial services institution.
  • A bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is highly desirable.
