• Support business planning and annual budgeting and forecasting.
• Provide financial guidance for financial planning and forecasting.
• Conduct audit for legal and operational compliance.

Job description

Responsibilities

Act as strategic advisor to Director to drive & steer business performance

Support business planning and annual budgeting & forecasting

Provide financial guidance for financial planning & forecasting

Support business performance review on regular basis

Final review on financial report for timely consolidation

Full analysis on audited financial reports

Review aging account receivable / payable / advance account /deposit, identify any significant problem in settlement process

Maintain fixed assets application module for addition & disposal of Fixed Asset, FA depreciation calculation and its reconciliation to general ledger

Conduct audit for legal & operational compliance

Monthly performace analysis report to drive improvement

Support Director in navigating business decision

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (S1) / Master Degree (S2) in accounting/finance field, preferably with CPA (Certified Public Accountant) accreditation
• Experience 5 years in Management Reporting positions, especially from Shipping Company
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Strong analytical thinking, detail oriented
• Good communication
• Excellent presentation Skills
• Experience to prepare materials presentation
