JOB PURPOSE

To provide accurate financial analysis, reporting, financial models, and insights that support business decision-making, improve financial performance, and ensure effective budget management. The financial analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing detailed financial models, forecasting future performance, and supporting strategic planning to drive operational efficiency and profitability.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop, maintain, and improve financial models, forecasts, and budgets
• Analyze financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior years
• Conduct variance analysis
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management
• Provide recommendations on cost optimization, investment prioritization, and revenue enhancement
• Support strategic initiatives
• Evaluate financial implications of business cases, capex projects, or strategic plans using tools like IRR, NPV, and ROI
• Perform scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to assess financial risks and opportunities.

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, business analysis, or advisory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced functions, modeling), and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with financial and accounting systems/software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Able to perform financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario/sensitivity analysis.
• Good understanding of financial metrics and tools such as IRR, NPV, and ROI.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
