Job description
Responsibilities
  • Ensure all financial closing timelines are met. Ensure overall processing integrity and accuracy.
  • Ensure all month‑end close journal entries are prepared/reviewed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance sheet, Cash flow statement).
  • Responsible for AP/AR management.
  • Supervise financial assistants and other employees in the facilitation of day‑to‑day operations, including tracking financial data, invoicing, payroll, etc.
  • Familiar with Accurate system is an added advantage.
  • Monitor and coordinate cash flow forecasting.
  • Review weekly and monthly reporting of working capital targets.
  • Monitor all incoming and outgoing banking transactions.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and ensure their accuracy and correctness.
  • Submit financial reports (actual & forecast) for the company.
  • Review monthly and annual tax reports.
  • Manage company’s cash flow & hedging.
  • Maintain company daily operations related to finance and accounting.
  • Responsible for external audit financial reports, etc.
  • Responsible for timely and accurate payroll processing.
Taxation
  • Familiar with Core Tax, ESPT, E‑Faktur programs, mastering PPh 21, 23, 4(2), and PPh 25, and VAT).
  • Control monthly and annual tax returns (VAT, Withholding Tax and Corporate Income Tax).
  • Ensure all tax payments are made in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all tax reports (internal and external) are performed and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Review and update Transfer Pricing with help from Tax Consultant and Regional Tax.
  • Coordinate and assist in all Tax Audits together with Tax Consultant and Regional Tax.
  • Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, tax audit, tax planning, all types of tax returns and tax office systems.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting & taxation; with at least 10 years related working experience in finance and accounting.
  • Some experience in leading teams.
  • Experience in a high‑growth, fast‑paced and rapidly changing environment. Must be able to work with a strong sense of urgency, both as an individual contributor and as a team player.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly advanced MS Excel.
